Policy and Warranty

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 
SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 
WARRANTY: All products carry a One Year Warranty against defects excluding the emitters. The emitters have an end of life cycle at 1600 hours of use. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on our website for more details regarding emitters and maintenance. Any product deemed to be defective, will be repaired or replaced with proof of purchase within one year of purchase. Products purchased as “used” or not from an approved O2Grow retailer will not be replaced. You may inquire for repair or replacement at your cost.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY:
DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the UNITED STATES):  Please call or email O2Grow Sales/Customer Service at 952-474-5820 (info@o2grow.com), in order to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Please email O2Grow Sales/Customer Service at info@o2grow.com, in order to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
For emails, please allow 24-48 hours for a response (especially if over a weekend or US Holiday). We will respond with instructions for return/replacement or for further questions.
Please provide the following information: Your Contact Information, Purchase Date, Purchase Location, and reason for return.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. 
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY: Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3-4 business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or DHL. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (outside of the UNITED STATES) – Please note that when you buy something from outside the United States, the receiver will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees. If a shipment delivery is declined by the receiver once a package arrives at the final destination, O2Grow reserves the right to deduct the shipping and return fees from any refund.
